Our vision is simple. Use any tool for what it's best for. Not everything has to be in one place, as long as the division of roles is clear.

- Embrace Social is the place for the entire organization. This is where you start the working day. Here you'll find news, colleagues, knowledge, groups and access to applications. Embrace supports communication, connection and overview.
This separation prevents noise. Employees know where to go and why. This makes working digitally easier and more pleasant.
Embrace integration with Microsoft 365
Embrace Social is not separate from Microsoft 365, but builds on it. Under the hood, Embrace uses the same Microsoft technology.
Through the Microsoft Graph API, Embrace retrieves information such as:
- Mail, calendar and tasks
- Attendance and availability of colleagues
- SharePoint and OneDrive documents
- Analytics about the use of the employee portal via PowerBI
- Profile information and authentication via Entra ID
- Embedding content from Forms and Stream, among others

Employees see this information clearly in Embrace Social, without having to switch between different applications. This creates a central starting point, while Microsoft 365 ensures safe storage and collaboration in the background.
Embrace vs SharePoint
SharePoint is strong in document management and storage. That's what it's also meant for. But as a communication platform or starting point for the workday, SharePoint often falls short. The environment is technical, less intuitive and requires a lot of management to remain user-friendly.
