The author of the above article, research firm Evolve, did a benchmark study into communication solutions in 2024. Embrace Social came out on top in the test. Embrace was highly rated in the list of most used technologies for intranets and digital workplaces. Although it is used by fewer organizations than Microsoft SharePoint, Embrace gets a much higher score from users: 7.9, the highest score in the benchmark study!
The negativity surrounding the quality of SharePoint also seems to be decreasing. Where SharePoint used to be ignored, the platform now scores 6.6 in terms of satisfaction among internal communication professionals.
