All Embrace software is designed to be as user-friendly as possible. However, it is possible that a (less digitally savvy) user needs more help. That's why we're introducing 'Embrace HelpCenter': one place with e-learnings, digital tours and links to other relevant (support) sources. Simply within your software and customizable for your organization!
At Embrace, we believe in the full self-reliance of users. This helps your organization because you receive fewer questions from employees about using Embrace, and helps us answer fewer questions from editors and administrators about setting up our software. Win-win!
HelpCenter and e-learning are available for all products, from Embrace Social to Embrace Customers and from the Knowledge CMS to Management Environment Management. The most important benefits at a glance:

Relevant and personal e-learning per page
Depending on where you are in our software, you will be offered other e-learnings and tools. As an end user, are you browsing through your documents? Then take a quick look at the e-learning “documents”. If you are optimizing the knowledge base as an editor, take a quick look at the “create article” e-learning. This means that the help offered is always relevant and personal. For example, certain sources are only relevant to administrators: for example, the user group, support documentation, or release notes. In order to keep the user experience optimal, the end user will therefore not see it.
Fully customisable for your organization
By default, we offer interactive digital tours for all Embrace functionalities. As an organization, you may also want to integrate your own YouTube, Microsoft Stream, Vimeo or other instructional materials. This is possible! You can personalize the resources offered in the Help Center per page and supplement them with your own resources. This makes it possible to set up your own e-learning platform. By doing this, you improve the use of the platform and employees can quickly answer their own questions. Great, because this saves everyone time!
Notification of new instruction materials
Nice all these new instructional materials — but what if there is an important new e-learning available that you don't want employees to miss? No problem. When new tools are available, an easy-to-recognize bell icon automatically appears at the Help Center. This way, employees always stay up to date.
