We start the day in plenary, where Youri and Sanne update you about Embrace Social's latest developments. Then, our guest speaker Christiaan Lustig will take you into an inspiring keynote about social intranet, digital workplace and internal services. You can then choose between different sessions that match your interests:
💡 Session 1: Digital Services:
Intranet is about knowing and arranging. We are often good at the first, but we forget the second. How do you position the social intranet as the place where employees can arrange things themselves? How do you use workflows and self-service to facilitate internal digital services? And how do you link the rest of the digital landscape to this?
Independent expert Christiaan Lustig, business developer Yustin Brand (Facilitor) and consultant Sanne de Haan (Embrace) take you into the world of digital services.
💡 Session 2: Update to the new Social
Do you want to switch to the new Social? That's possible! In this session, we will discuss the most important improvements and new functionalities and explain the steps required for the migration.
After the session, you will know the plan of action, which people and hours are needed, the expected turnaround time and what you can already prepare. In addition, there is room for a FAQ with account manager Ingrid Vrieling and Social migrations project manager Ruby Simon.
💡 Session 3: Increase employee engagement on your intranet
Is your intranet not being used enough? Do employees not know how to find it or do they not take the time to look at it?
In this session, Inez de Jong and Leonie Mostert, both account managers at Embrace, show how to attract attention with the right content and actively involve employees in the intranet. In this interactive workshop, you'll get practical tips, inspiring examples and discover how the new Social makes your content even more effective.
💡 Session 4: Minisprint AI Innovation
In this interactive session, led by Solutions Manager Youri Dechesne and Chief Product Officer Hans Eilers, we'll discover together how AI can contribute to a smarter, more efficient and user-friendly social intranet and knowledge base. We generate ideas, prioritize them together and discuss the most promising ones.
