Other features in the social intranet are ideal for onboarding new employees. For example, create a group for new employees, where questions can be asked and a selected group of experienced employees can act as “buddies”. Consider a timeline where an employee is quickly up to date with the latest updates, ongoing projects and organizational culture, or where a new employee can introduce themselves to colleagues. The face book lets you immediately see all your colleagues: what do they do, where do they work and who are they? Find relevant documents and protocols via the search engine and document module.
